  • All personalised text for printing, embossing and engraving on centre disks, rosette tails, sashes, ribbons, medals and trophies must be added correctly within each product´s submission page on this website. The correct spelling is essential for your text. Misprinted products due to incorrect spelling upon your purchase will not be refunded or replaced free of charge. All corrections to your printing must be done in writing by email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. attaching your invoice with references per alteration or adding your invoice number and product reference number per alteration. Corrections must also be submitted within 48 hours after your payment confirmation. Corrections later than this are of course accepted but fees might be applied depending on how far the fabrication process is in completion, which also depends on your event date.
  • All rosettes come with a 'Promise of Perfection' and a 'Life Time Guarantee'. We only send you perfect rosettes! However the rosettes are glued and glue can deteriorate for a number of reasons. So if your rosette centre disk does fall out (god forbid) or something else becomes unattached. You have a life time guarantee service where you can send your rosette back to us to be reattached, FREE of charge! (Postage not included) This also extends to our sash and ribbon based products.
  • You have a choice of attachment for your rosettes of Bridle Clips or Safety Pins. Ribbon and Gold Brooch Pins can be requested (min 3 weeks). Sashes are sold closed (to go over the head) as standard but an optional extra is velcro.
  • We reserve the right to replace ribbons with the closest available ribbon to your requirements when stock runs out. You will always be notified if this is the case for your order and an agreement of ribbon will commence. To avoid disappointment we recommend you place your orders with 6 weeks or more before the event date.
  • 2 Week Priority - Orders placed with 2 weeks (10 working days) or less, to the date of your event have a priority charge of 20%. Full payment is required for order confirmation.
  • Express Service - Orders placed with 1 week (5 working days) or less, before your event date have a priority charge of 30% and are dependant on the ribbon colours available and quantities will be limited. Full payment is required for order confirmation.
  • Saturday Delivery with Seur is much more expensive than during the week. Again orders placed with adequate time before the event date will avoid these extra charges.
  • Your invoices will state "Rosettes Spain Escarapelas España" or  "Rosettes Spain Escarapelas España part of Spanish Property App SL" or "Spanish Property App SL" depending on your payment choice; Stripe, Bank Transfer, Paypal or Cash on Collection.
